Antique Cottage – Remodel

When we found this cottage it was in need of serious repair. And at 900 square feet, it was small. There was only 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and no useful second floor space. We worked closely with Cummings Architects and Deborah Dimes Interiors to come up with the final product you see here. Our goal was to increase space and optimize flow while retaining the integrity of the original house.
